Looking Beyond
The wild winds are slowing,
down to a calming breeze.
All the tree tops are glistening,
it seems a new green.
Birds chirping while flowers bloom.
There is a new normal,
and everyone will accept it soon.
The moon so bright
shinning through the fight,
Dark clouds blown away,
by the pines rustling day and night.
Soon we will end this plight,
‘winners’ of our biggest fight.
Learn to love and be kind,
and control our greedy mind.
It is not that we need too much,
just our friends and loved ones.
May God keep us all safe,
and shower HIS
blessings in tonnes.
